Building D Week 12 Update

Week 12 Update for Wild Pines:
- Screen enclosure install is wrapping up. Shooting to be completed on the 27th per our aluminum subcontractor on site this AM. Contingent upon weather delays.
- 05 and 06 stack were partially complete while on site this morning. I expect these to be substantially complete today.
- The 07 stack enclosures are on site ready for installation. This stack will likely be started on the tail end of Monday (today) and continue into Tuesday.
- Majority of the screen enclosures throughout are caulked and splined. There is a small crew working on this task throughout the D building.
- CPR personnel have started moving plywood, post shores, etc. off site. The front four (4) parking spots have been cleared out.
- CPR personnel have also removed the majority of plywood off lanais as screen enclosures are installed.
- All lanai painting has been completed as of last week.
- Handrails are still in the works. We have finally received engineering for these from our aluminum subcontractor. Currently our office is working to add this to our permit so this work can commence once fabrication is completed.
- Romano’s Shutters was on site this morning to reinstall 202’s shutters. I anticipate this to be finished today as well.
