Building D Week 8 Update

  1. All stucco repairs have been completed. Touch up paint to follow.
  2. Sloping of all elevated lanais have also been completed as of Friday, July 25.
  3. Waterproofing membrane application on elevated lanais to start the week of July 28.
  4. Repairs on the courtyard walkways will begin the week of July 28. There are only (3) isolated repair areas. Please ensure residents are aware of this. These repairs may make a little more noise as the sound of power tools will likely echo throughout the courtyard.
  5. Slab on grade repairs are also likely to begin July 28 as well.
