Building B Construction – Week 7 Update

Dear Wild Pines Owners,

See below for Week 7 Update:

  • Slab repairs are mostly done. There are a few still to knock out on the 04-07 stacks once adjacent pours cure.
  • Removal of stucco on columns has begun on the 01 stacks. Vendor anticipates this to continue this week as slab edge repairs finalize.
  • Removal of sealant from pre-existing screen cages on columns throughout

Outlook for Week of July 13

  • Aluminum crew should be back working on second floor walkway handrails.
  • Continue remaining slab repairs.
  • Begin column repairs if time permits.
