B Building Update – Week 2

  1. All lanai screen enclosures are removed
  2. All lanai handrails are removed
  3. Vendor is working clockwise around the building, removing all tile. They are currently on the 05 stack and anticipate nearly all of the tile to be removed likely early next week.
  4. Removal of stucco on slab edges, sounding of columns, etc. to start today or early next week.
  5. The aluminum crew was on site today measuring for screen cage fabrication as material is ready for fabrication

Outlook for Next Week:

  1. Finish tile removal as needed
  2. Stucco removal on columns and slab edges
  3. Begin concrete repairs, time permitting
