The Board of Directors of Wild Pines wants to keep all our owners informed of the charities that the Bonita Bay Communities Support. Please see the note below regarding Habitat for Humanity. One of our Wild Pines Owners, Debra Kraft in Building D, is our Wild Pines rep for this charity. Please consider supporting this and working with Debra.

Dear fellow residents,
BBCA was founded on a core principle of enhancing resident engagement through philanthropy. To that end, two organizations have special status to conduct fundraising campaigns inside our gates: Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties and United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades Counties.
The campaigns of each of these worthy causes have become staples of life here in Bonita Bay. United Way’s campaign is underway, and you have heard from their Steering Committee already. Habitat’s annual campaign will kick off in the new year.
Please watch your inbox after the holidays for important dates and further information on how to contribute to Habitat’s campaign. In the meanwhile, please consider attending a “Wall Raising” or “Mortgage Burning” event which are open to the public. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for Habitat as a “Nail Pounder” or “Envelope Stuffer” or would just like some information on the work being done right here in Bonita Springs, please feel free to contact the Habitat for Humanity of Bonita Bay Steering Committee or your Board liaison, Mel Bennett at mel3044@gmail.com.
We support the grass roots efforts of both of these organizations which makes life easier for your neighbors right here in Bonita Springs and in our broader Southwest Florida community. Thank you for all you do for those less fortunate.
