Week 11 Update for Wild Pines

  1. Waterproofing application has been completed at all elevated balconies.
  2. Screen enclosure installation started on Wednesday as noted last week.
  3. CPR personnel is currently cutting tile on the first floor. CO5 to follow for this today as I was able to get measurements for this work this morning.
  4. The aluminum crew has started on the 02 stack. This stack, along with the 03 stack should be close to being completed by the end of business today.
  5. The aluminum crew will continue to work around the building next week.
  6. Finish work on the small isolated walkway repairs is slated to start next week as well.
