Building D Week 9 Update

Here is Wild Pines Week 9 Update:

  1. Repair areas have been primed for painting on elevated lanais.
  2. Slab on grade repairs have been completed. Forms have been stripped as well. Backfilling of fill that was excavated for access is to come.
  3. Pressure washing is underway in preparation for waterproofing membrane application.
  4. Last week we halted the application of waterproofing membrane to do more detail grinding to the elevated lanais.
  5. All lanais prep has been completed. Waterproofing application is slated to start on 8/4/25.
    Walkway repairs are underway and ongoing.
