Low Hanging Tree Trimming
With hurricane season underway, all homeowners are encouraged to inspect their properties and arrange for the trimming of low-hanging tree branches that could become hazardous in high winds. Maintaining proper tree clearance not only protects your home and neighbors but also ensures emergency vehicles can access our roads safely. Please remember that all trees in Bonita Bay must maintain a minimum clearance of 13 feet 6 inches above roadways and driveways.
If you have questions about tree trimming guidelines or need assistance identifying areas of concern please fill out the Contact BBCA form or call 239-495-8111. To read more, click here.

Grounds Maintenance
Increased Mosquito Presence in Bonita Bay
A recent surge in marsh mosquitoes has been reported throughout Bonita Bay and Florida. This increase is due to a dry winter followed by high tides that caused the perfect conditions for a large numbers of dormant mosquito eggs to hatch at once. The BBCA is addressing the situation where possible, but mosquito spraying is limited in certain areas that are under state ownership. To learn about preventing mosquito bites, click here.
