Wild Pines Building D Weekly Update

Week ending July 11, 025

Here is this week’s update:

1) All column repairs have been completed. Forms to be stripped once concrete has set up on the last few columns.
2) The Stucco crew has been on site all week applying new stucco to slab edges and other miscellaneous repair areas. This will continue into next week.
3) Corner bead is currently being installed on columns in prep for stucco application. Stucco application on columns and will likely commence next week once concrete has cured.
4) Waterproofing prep is also moving along, majority of divots and cracks on elevated lanais have been addressed.
