Building Features
Construction progress at the Private Beach continues as crews work on both interior and exterior features. Elevators are currently being installed and tested, while underground electrical wiring is underway. On the second floor, tile installation is nearing completion. The elevator lobby features wave tile complemented by blue glass accent tiles. Bathroom finishes are in progress. Ceiling beams have been installed, with the tongue-and-groove ceiling still pending. Cabinets have been installed in the catering kitchen. Landscaping is maturing, with Clusia plants added around the barbecue areas to enhance privacy. The parking lot is to be paved and striped soon. The remaining finishing touches are in progress as the project moves steadily towards the final inspections beginning in July for an anticipated opening in August.
