WEEK 1 UPDATE – ENDING JUNE 7
WILD PINES BUILDING “D”
Last week was the first “construction week”. There was only one lost day due to rain. There were no incidents. The planned work is on schedule — all screens and railings have been removed, and the 2nd and 3rd floor tiles/ flooring have been removed. All is ready for the Engineer to inspect this week and work to continue.

One contract item that was an oversight on our part regarding the contract terms was that the construction company will be plugging into each unit owner’s electricity for their power tools. This is in the contract that electricity must be available and provided for the contractor.

Our apologies for not informing you prior to the project beginning. The association does not anticipate that the electricity bill will be high. But if your electric bills see an increase, please send copies of your bills from the last 12 months and the future months in which work is being performed so that the team can look them over.

Again, things are moving along not only smoothly but on schedule. It is our intent to send this update weekly during the project.
