Building B – Week 15 Update

Below is an update of last week’s progress (Week 15)

1. Column repairs on another side of the 203/303 column is underway.
2. Hot stucco primer was applied throughout the property to stucco repairs. Painting of repair areas and lanais to follow.
3. The aluminium contractor was on site to measure for screen cage fabrication.
4. Sikalastic 350 and sand aggregate have been applied to Stacks 01, 02, 04, and 06.
5. Texture repairs are underway on walkways.

Outlook for Week 16:

1. Continue isolated texture repairs on walkways.
2. Continue epoxy application at the 05 and 07 stacks. 03 to follow once column repairs are done.
3. Begin touch up paint.
4. Possibly begin grab rail install at the courtyard stairwells.
