Building B Update – Week 5

Third floor rails are installed. Second floor rails will follow not next week, but the following week. Once all rails are installed, vendor will take care of any touchups on columns, floors, etc.

Walkway repairs have been completed. Vendor will work to grind, texture, and touch up paint these repair areas in the coming weeks.

The main focus continues to be lanai slab edge repairs. The crew is predominantly on 01, 02, 03, and 04 stacks currently. Velocity has been on site multiple times a week to review concrete repairs. Once slab edge repairs are completed, vendor will work on columns.
