REPAIRS TO BUILDING “B”
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2026

The structural repairs to the lanais on 3651 Wild Pines Building B will begin Tuesday, May 26th at 8am. This construction repair will include:

  1. All lanais to be locked out; doors secured; NO entry to lanais during the project
  2. All lanai screens and railings will be removed the week of May 26th; all 21 lanais on all floors for the entire project
  3. Sliding doors to be covered with blue tinted safety plastic and plywood on lower 4 feet of all sliders
  4. All lanai floor covering to be removed down to concrete on the 2nd and 3rd floors; first floor lanais MAY have tile/flooring removed
  5. IF concrete issues discovered
  6. New metal railings /new screens to be installed on ALL lanais
  7. Waterproofing applied to concrete

ACTIONS NEEDED BY OWNERS IN BUILDING “B”

  1. Empty lanais of ALL furniture/furnishings/wall hangings prior to May 25
  2. Tape switches OFF for all lanais ceiling fans
  3. Inform your renters of NO ACCESS to the lanai during the construction
  4. Park cars AWAY from Building “B”
  5. No tape will be used on the lanai doors. To prevent minimal construction dust inside your unit, you may want to seal inside your lanai doors and windows.

PLANNED SCHEDULE FOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Starting Monday, May 11, delivering of materials to begin; laydown area in entire area of the parking lot NEXT to B Buildng, across from B Building and the left side of the A Building (SEE MAP) — entire area will be sectioned off and the parking spots in front of “B” Building will be blocked off, including the handicap spaces
  • Tuesday, May 26th, full construction begins at 8am
  • 12 week planned schedule — May 26th — August 30 o Anticipated completion: September 30
  • Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm
